Have you seen the book, The Story of Owen: Dragon Slayer of Trondheim by E.K. Johnston. The book is for older readers than our Welcoming Schools lists that are geared towards elementary school but it was a fun read. Owen lives with his Aunt and her wife. The are like moms to him. It is rare to see a book that just happens to have these two woman as characters.
Also, since I’m emailing you, I loved The Misadventures of the Family Fletcher. It’s great to see a fun, well written chapter book for elementary school age kids with gay dads.
