A group called Pissed Off Trans* People is attempting to revolutionize gendered bathrooms at Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT) by replacing traditional signs with non-gendered ones. [sign] Signs that read “Men” or “Women” have been replaced with new ones and a manifesto, “Desegregate Wesleyan Bathrooms.” Although some of the bathrooms have been re-gendered, the group’s actions has started discussion to gender-neutralize the bathrooms on campus.
