Once upon a time, there was a book of fairy tales called Amber Heart that featured same sex couples, minorities, and other groups. However, the wicked Office of the Inspector of Journalist Ethics said that it should be banned for children under the age of 14. It has since been removed from shelves around the country. The book is banned under a 2010 law that rejects children’s books that have relationships that end in ways other than traditional heterosexual marriage.
Ulrike Lunacek MEP, Co-President of the LGBT Intergroup, added: “What fairy tales do these ‘experts’ live in? What’s next, banning Snow White for promoting the concept of seven cohabiting dwarves?”
Hopefully, it will soon have a happily ever after.
